# 9. Team & Entity

## 9.1 Legal Entity

Aivive operates under **Yu Network SRL**, an international entity structured for neutral, single-jurisdiction token operation. The legal entity is separated from the operating team to maintain clean compliance boundaries between protocol governance, treasury custody, and product development.

## 9.2 Core Team

The core team is intentionally lean — five senior contributors operating alongside a Claude-based AI development harness. The structure is deliberately chosen to maximize shipping velocity while keeping headcount overhead minimal: one operator per critical surface, no middle management, full ownership at every level.

### Mason Reeves — Founder & CEO

Mason previously led product at a Series B AI consumer startup in San Francisco, where he built creator-facing tools at the intersection of design and generative AI. His background spans five years of consumer software at high-growth companies, with a focus on visual creation interfaces and community-driven product loops.

He first encountered crypto in 2018, became a full-time Web3 builder in 2022, and has since spent two years thinking about the structural gap between AI consumer applications and on-chain monetary mechanics — a gap Aivive is the direct answer to.

### Avery Hart — Co-Founder & CTO

Avery is a senior engineer with deep Solana experience, including production work on consumer-facing decentralized applications and high-throughput on-chain payment systems. His background combines a decade in distributed systems engineering with three years of full-time Solana protocol work, including direct experience integrating Wormhole CCTP, Jupiter routing, and Squads multisig — the three primitives at the core of the Aivive economic loop.

Prior to Aivive, Avery served on the engineering team of a leading Solana ecosystem infrastructure project.

### Caleb Foster — Head of Product & Design

Caleb is responsible for the product surface and the design system that underpins it. His background spans seven years of consumer product design at venture-backed creator-tooling startups, with a particular focus on feed-driven social products and AI-augmented creative workflows.

At Aivive, Caleb owns the *Studio*, *Feed*, and *Profile* surfaces end-to-end — from interaction design through component-level token decisions — and is the steward of the brand visual system. His thesis: in the AI era, the interface is the product.

### Nora Bennett — Head of Growth & Community

Nora leads community formation and organic growth. She previously built and ran community programs at two Web3-native consumer products and has direct experience launching token-driven creator economies from cold start to verified traction.

Her approach to growth is taste-led rather than incentive-led: build the right room first, let the right people find it, and trust the deflationary loop to do the financial work. At Aivive she owns Twitter, Telegram, Discord, and the partnership pipeline with creator collectives.

### Logan Bell — Head of Partnerships & BD

Logan owns the relationships that bridge Aivive into the broader Solana and Web3 ecosystems. His background includes four years of business development at top-tier crypto exchanges and protocol infrastructure providers, with a network spanning Solana validators, market makers, AI tooling vendors, and Tier-1 listing teams.

At Aivive, Logan drives exchange listings, liquidity partnerships, AI provider relationships (fal.ai, OpenAI, Replicate), and the cross-application integration roadmap.

### A Note on Team Structure

Five operators. Each owns a clear domain. The product surface is narrow. The infrastructure choices are mature. The economic loop is automated. **The investment is in shipping, not in headcount** — and a small, focused team aligned through equity rather than salary is precisely the right structure for a protocol that needs to ship 60 days from inception.

## 9.3 Advisors

A **2% advisor allocation** has been reserved (200,000,000 *AVV*, vesting 4-month cliff + 8-month linear).

Advisor identities will be disclosed prior to TGE. The project is actively seeking strategic advisors with:

* Solana ecosystem experience (validators, infrastructure providers, top-tier protocol founders)
* Tier-1 exchange relationships
* AI-and-design industry credibility (former leadership at consumer AI companies, generative tool builders, or top design publications)
